| 体外研究 | N-油酰甘氨酸是脂氨基酸,其刺激与3T3-L1脂肪细胞中CB1受体和Akt信号传导途径的活化相关的脂肪形成。通过CB1R的活化处理1-10天后,N-油酰甘氨酸(1,5,10,20,50μM)剂量和时间依赖性地刺激3T3-L1脂肪形成。在3T3-L1脂肪细胞分化过程中,N-油酰甘氨酸也会升高Akt信号通路[1]。 |
