VEGF Inducer, GS4012用途VEGF诱导剂GS4012是细胞可渗透的吡啶基-硫醚化合物,可作为VEGF和VEGF介导的血管形成的有效诱导剂。GS4012诱导的VEGF上调与其抑制斑马鱼的僵锁/缩窄表型(7.5μg/ ml)以及刺激HUVEC中的肾小管网络形成(5μg/ ml)密切相关。 VEGF Inducer, GS4012 is a cell-permeable pyridinyl-thioether compound which acts as a potent inducer of VEGF and VEGF-mediated vessel formation. GS4012-induced upregulation of VEGF correlates well with its ability to suppress the gridlock/coarctation phenotype (7.5 μg/ml) in Zebrafish as well as to stimulate tubule network formation (5 μg/ml) in HUVECs. |
