• 描述: 阿达木单抗(抗TNF-α)是一种靶向肿瘤坏死因子的人单克隆IgG1抗体 α(TNF-α)。

• 体外研究: 即使阿达木单抗(抗TNF-α)的浓度比本研究中使用的浓度高10倍,用阿达木单抗治疗HUVEC长达12小时也不会对其细胞活性产生不利影响。
• 体内研究: 阿达木单抗(抗TNF-α)的消除半衰期(t1/2)很长(约20天)[1]。富含荧光标记的阿达木单抗(抗TNF-α)主要在油红O阳性病变中观察到,证明药物良好的组织穿透动脉粥样硬化斑块,在溶媒对照注射到高胆固醇血症Ldlr-/-小鼠后,血管壁无背景荧光。
