MitoBloCK-10用途MitoBloCK-10(MB-10)是通过靶向Tim44进入线粒体的蛋白质的潜在衰减剂,抑制使用TIM23输入途径的底物的输入;靶向Tim44和Tim44的C末端结构域的α4螺旋的突变赋予抵抗力。对MitoBloCK-10(MB-10);MitoBloCK-10(MB-10)抑制Tim44与前体和Hsp70的结合,但不抑制PAM复合物的其他成分;在MTT测定中抑制Hela细胞活力,IC50为17.2 uM,损害心脏发育并诱导斑马鱼细胞凋亡。 |
