描述 利美索酮(Org 6216)是一种具有抗炎活性的糖皮质激素类固醇。利美索酮可用作1%眼用混悬液,用于治疗眼部炎症[1][2]。

体外研究 利美索酮(Org 6216)在注射部位显示出高度增强的持久性,最小的系统效应,几乎不会诱发皮肤营养不良[1]。
体内研究 利美索酮(Org 6216)(0-450μg/只小鼠;关节内注射;一次)在单关节抗原诱导的关节炎小鼠中显示出延长的抗炎作用[1]。动物模型:雄性,8-12周龄C57Black/6小鼠,具有抗原诱导的关节炎[1]剂量:5、25、50、150、250、450μg/小鼠给药:关节内注射,一次结果:以剂量依赖性方式抑制关节炎。在450和150μ。导致软骨细胞蛋白多糖合成的抑制减少。
