Abstract

Conclusions The kinetic data indicate that phosphorothiolates bearing a center of asymmetry at phosphorus differ in their postinhibitory mechanisms and their inhibitory potency. Despite the greater sensitivity of RBAChE toward inactivation by 2a-, the RBAChE could recover from poisoning by this stereoisomer.
