Pyrazoloacridine was a phase II clinical study to determine the efficacy and toxicities of PZA in patients with metastatic breast cancer (MBC)Pyrazoloacridine appears to intercalate into DNA and inhibit RNA synthesis, DNA synthesis, and the activities of topoisomerases I and II, thereby causing cytotoxicity.
