In Vitro Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs). Labeling of Cells[1]: 1. Culture cells in in a 6 well plate at a density of 3×105 cells per well or in a 96 well plate at a density of 3×104 cells per well.
