In Vitro NBD-125 (B-12) exhibits the strongest transcriptional activation ability to RXRα and the greatest inhibitory effect on colon cancer cell growth[1]. NBD-125 (B-12, 0-80, μM) inhibits β-catenin signaling and cell proliferation in colon cancer cells[1]. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: Km12c, HCT116 and SW620 cell lines. Concentration: 0-50 μM, 0-60, 0-80 μM. Incubation Time: 15 h. Result: Downregulated c-Myc, Cdc42 protein levels.
