Animal Model: Male Long-Evans rats (180-250 g); knockout of the DA D4 receptor locus mice (D4 KO); wild type rats (WT)[1]. Dosage: 10 mg/kg Administration: Intraperitoneal injection, single. Result: Increased DOPA accumulation in the hippocampus with no effect observed in the striatum. |
