Description | MBD (7-(p-Methoxybenzylamino)-4-nitrobenz-2,1,3-oxadiazole), a new fluorescent probe for protein and nucleoprotein conformation, is applied to bacterial ribosomes and to bovine trypsinogen and trypsin.
