In Vivo	2'-O-Methyladenosine (100, 200 mg/kg, ip, single dose) exhibits unique hypotensive activities in rats[2]. Animal Model: Male spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR; 16 weeks old)[2]. Dosage: 100, 200 mg/kg. Administration: IP, single dose. Result: Exhibited a significant hypotensive effect in decreasing blood pressure by about 40-50%.
