| In Vitro | BTTAA is a Cu(I)-stabilizing ligand. Using the Glu18AzF mutant of ubiquitin as a model system with C3-Tm3+ and C4-Tm3+, Cu-BTTAA performs significantly better as a catalyst than Cu-THPTA or Cu-TBTA. BTTAA proves to perform much better than THPTA (tris[(1-hydroxy-propyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl]amine) or TBTA (tris[(1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl]amine)[1]. |
