In Vitro Myriceric acid B (0-30 μM; 72 h) 对肿瘤细胞有强烈的细胞毒性[1]。 Myriceric acid B 抑制 HIV-1 Env 假病毒感染的 IC50 为 8.3±0.2 mg/L[2]。 Cell Cytotoxicity Assay[1] Cell Line: A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2 and Bt549 Concentration: 0-30 μM Incubation Time: 72 h Result: Exhibited potent cytotoxicity against all of the tumor cell lines tested, with IC50s of 5.7±0.3, 9.8±0.5, 6.0±0.7 and 5.8±0.4 μM against A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2 and Bt549, respectively.
