HER2-IN-2 is a potent, selective HER2 inhibitor, only shows potent inhibition for EGFR and Abl in a panel of kinases; equipotent to lapatinib against HER2 in vitro, also able to inhibit the small amount of HER3 auto-phosphorylation; inhibits 2YF/3TM gatekeeper mutant Ba/F3 cells lines with IC50 of 18.63 nM.
