RET-IN-23c is a potent and selective RET kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 61.2 nM, shows no significant inhibitory effect against VEGFR-2 and KDR; inhibits the phosphorylation of RET and the phosphorylation of STAT3 and AKT; exhibits antiproliferative effects against BaF3/CCDC6-RET cells with IC50 of 433 nM.
