Antifungal agent 30 shows excellent antifungal activity against Candida albicans (CPCC400616) and Aspergillus fumigatus, with MIC of 0.03 and 0.5 μg/mL, respectively. Antifungal agent 30 also shows excellent antifungal activity against fluconazole-resistant strains.
