4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷制备
以苯胺及甲醛为原料,在盐酸中于50-60℃下缩合,再用碳酸钠溶液中和,经分离、蒸馏、结晶而得成品。制备实例:将2mol盐酸、400ml水和2mol新蒸过的苯胺一起搅拌冷却,于15℃加入1mol40%的甲醛溶液,加热,在55-60℃反应4h。反应产物用碳酸钠溶液中和并碱化。进行水蒸气蒸馏,直至馏分中不再有苯胺为止。将沉淀物加稍过量的盐酸重新溶解,用稀氨水分步沉淀,将最先沉淀的树脂状物滤去,向滤液加入过量氨水,得白色结晶沉淀;过滤,得产品112g,产率57%。进一步提纯可采用乙醇或水重结晶。
