4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)上下游产品

4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)制备

(1)缩合反应 将溶剂硝基苯515kg加入搅拌反应釜中,然后搅拌下将145kg硝基氯苯、123.5kg对硝基苯酚、95.7kg碳酸钠和6.18kg氯化钾依次加入搅拌反应釜中,搅拌下升温至210~215℃后,保持此温度下搅拌反应24h。缩合反应完成后,冷却,将缩合物抽至蒸馏装置,先进行真空蒸馏,当硝基苯蒸出350~400L时,改为水蒸气蒸馏,蒸至馏出液中无硝基苯时为止。剩余物经吸滤,滤液再用水洗涤至不带色,即制得4,4’-二硝基二苯醚。

(2)还原反应 将丁醇918kg加入还原反应釜内,搅拌下加入10kg氯化铵,50kg铁屑,升温至95℃时加入4,4’-二硝基二苯醚25kg,搅拌反应0.5h。再加入第二批铁屑40kg,4,4’-二硝基二苯醚20kg,搅拌反应0.5h。然后加入第三批铁屑40kg,4,4’-二硝基二苯醚20kg,仍维持反应温度100℃,反应1.5h取样分析反应终点。反应结束后,加入亚硫酸氢钠12kg,搅拌溶解后,将反应物料趁热用管式吸滤器抽至结晶釜内冷却结晶约8h。然后经过过滤,滤液丁醇经蒸馏后循环使用,滤饼水洗至无丁醇为止,即得粗品4,4’-二氨基二苯醚。

(3)产品精制 将340kg水、60kg30%的盐酸加入溶解槽,搅拌下加入粗品4,4’-二氨基二苯醚和1.5kg柠檬酸、1kg亚硫酸氢钠,加热升温至60℃,再加入活性炭9kg。继续升温至80℃,保持0.5h。冷却后过滤,将滤液加入中和槽,搅拌下加入亚硫酸氢钠0.5kg,再慢慢加入氨水,保持温度在30℃以下,中和至物料的pH值为8~9,则4,4’-二氨基二苯醚晶体从溶液中析出。经过滤,滤饼用水洗至中性及无氯离子存在,抽滤后进行真空干燥。

将干燥后的4,4’-二氨基二苯醚加入升华器中,抽真空至26.66Pa以下,加热升温至185~190℃,4,4’-二氨基二苯醚气化,进入结晶室,在结晶室内被冷却而结晶,结晶室温度控制在135~145℃。当结晶室温度显著下降时即升华结束,冷却升华器,使结晶室温度降至50℃时进行出料,即得成品。升华操作每批约需10h。
