三氯化硼制备

1.氟硼酸钾、硼酐、硫酸法 将氟硼酸钾和硼酐一起研磨均匀,按一定的配料比加入反应器中,再加入浓硫酸,不断搅拌,使固体和液体混合均匀,逐渐加热,到一定程度便有氟化硼产生。在温度达到40 ℃左右时,反应物开始沸腾,当温度达到93~130 ℃时,产生的气体最多。生成的氟化硼气体净化后进入收集器中。其反应式如下:

将干燥的元素硼粉放入管式反应炉的反应管里,先用惰性气体排除空气,然后加热300℃,通入少量氯气,在温度达到650℃时,大量通入氯气,在温度控制在650-750℃。生成的三氯化硼由接收器用于冰冷却收集,再经精馏,制得三氯化硼成品。其反应式如下:

将精制三氯化硼为原料,通过吸附和蒸馏的方法进行提纯,制得高纯度三氯化硼。
