对二溴苯制备
将2g铁屑加入1mol苯中,缓慢滴加溴,一般经15min后开始反应(缓慢沸腾),控制加溴速度使反应物维持微沸。溴加完后,于20~30℃加热1h,再在60℃加热45min,直至溴的棕色蒸气消失为止。滤去铁屑,用水洗涤后进行水蒸气蒸。第一部分蒸出的溴代苯分去水层,用氯化钙干燥后进行蒸馏。收集150~170℃馏分主要为溴代苯。蒸馏后的残余物趁热倾至瓷皿中,冷凝后与水蒸气蒸馏所得的对二溴苯合并,干燥后,加活性炭用甲醇重结晶,得对二溴苯24g,产率10%。
