二乙胺制备

1.乙醇常压气相催化法将气相乙醇、氨和氢以1:0.8:1.5(mol)混合,经预热(170-180℃)进入装有铜镍催化剂的第一反应器,于195-200℃下进行气相催化反应,然后再进入有铜镍催化剂的第二反应器进行合成反应,于170-175℃下进行还原,以除去乙腈等杂质。将反应气经冷凝后收得一、二、三乙胺、乙醇等混合液,再经粗馏、精馏、切取54-57℃馏分为二乙胺成品。其含量可达95%以上,同时可得少量三乙胺。

2.氯乙烷与氨(氨水)在氢氧化钙水溶液中,于压力2.26MPa,温度135℃左右反应6h,然后加入氢氧化钠破坏二乙胺氯化钙复盐的生成,最后经蒸馏、精馏,切取55-57℃馏分为二乙胺成品,含量达98%以上,收率80%,同时可得少量三乙胺。

3.乙腈氢化、氨化法。

4.乙醛氢化、氨化法。

5.二乙基苯胺法。

6.其制备方法是用乙醇、氨和氢的混合气,经预热,温度为180℃左右,在镍一铜催化剂作用下,依次进入第一转化器(温度200℃左右)、第二转化器(温度80℃左右)进行合成反应,反应产物经粗馏、精馏得成品。

精制方法:常含有乙胺、三乙胺、乙醛等杂质。可用分馏的方法进行精制。馏出物用固体氢氧化钾脱水后,再用芴酮钠干燥备用。或在金属钠存在下加热回流2小时后再分馏精制。也可将二乙胺转变成盐酸盐,再用干燥的石油醚反复进行重结晶,直到熔点达223.5℃时为止。加氢氧化钾将二乙胺游离出来,再经干燥,蒸馏得纯品。

7.乙醇常压气相催化法,反应可得一乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺、乙醇等混合液,再经粗馏、精馏、收集二乙胺馏分即可。或者氯乙烷与氨(氨水)在氢氧化钙水溶液中于一定温度和压力下反应,最后经蒸馏、精馏即可。
