乙酸异丁酯用途
主要用作硝基漆和过氯乙烯漆的稀释剂,也可用作溶剂,还可作为塑料印花浆的稀释剂、制药行业的萃取剂等
【用途二】
GB 2760一96规定为允许使用的食用香料。主要用以配制香蕉、树莓、草莓和奶油等型香精。
【用途三】
硝化纤维及漆类的溶剂。该品具有生梨和复盆子的香气,常作果实香精,用于调配香蕉、菠萝、复盆子和梨味香精。也用作玫瑰的调配剂。
【用途四】
有机溶剂、硝化纤维及漆的溶剂、萃取剂、脱水剂。用火棉胶、硝化纤维、清漆、人造革、医药、塑料以及香料工业中。

乙酸异丁酯制备
1.由异丁醇与乙酐在硫酸存在下酯化而得。将乙酐和异丁醇混合后滴加硫酸,稍冷后加热回流5-6h,回流液用水洗2-3次,用碳酸钠中和,用水洗至中性,用氯化钙干燥,在油浴上减压分馏即得成品。
精制方法:所含杂质除水、乙酸和异丁醇外,尚含有同系物的异松体混合物。精制时用碳酸氢钠或碳酸钠饱和水溶液中和、洗涤,再用氯化钠饱和水溶液充分洗涤,无水硫酸钠或硫酸镁干燥后精馏。
2.制法:
过氧三氟乙酸溶液的制备:于盛有50mL二氯甲烷的反应瓶中,加入90%的H2O28.2mL(0.3mol),冷却下慢慢滴加三氟乙酸酐50.8mL(0.36mol)。加完后充分搅拌备用。于装有搅拌器、滴液漏斗、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中,加入130g干燥、研细的磷酸氢二钠,150mL二氯甲烷合甲基异丁基酮(2)20.0g(0.2mol),搅拌下于20min内滴加上述过氧三氟乙酸溶液,滴加过程中反应放热,剧烈回流。加完后继续加热回流反应30min。冷后,滤去不溶性的盐,并用二氯甲烷洗涤。合并滤液和洗涤液,用10%的碳酸钠溶液洗涤,无水硫酸钠干燥。常压蒸出大部分溶剂后,于装有分馏头的分馏装置中分馏,控制回流比,收集114~115.5℃的馏分,得无色透明液体(1)19.5g,收率84%。
