黄霉素

【用途1】
作为生长促进剂，通过微小生物发酵产生有益乳酸菌，从而有效抑制沙门氏菌、梭菌等的繁殖
【用途2】
对畜禽消化道内对革兰阳性菌非常有效。可用于鸡肉饲料用量为1（100×10⁴U）-5（500×10⁴U）g/t；可用于2月龄以下的猪饲料，用量10-25g/t；用于4月龄以下的猪饲料，最大使用量为5g/t；也可用于肉牛饲料，用量为30-50mg/（头·天）。

1、药效学 黄霉素为磷酸化多糖类抗生素，其抗菌作用机理是通过干扰细胞壁的结构物质肽聚糖的生物合成从而抑制细菌的繁殖。黄霉素的促生长原理可能在于它能提高饲料中能量和蛋白质的消化；能使肠壁变薄从而提高营养物质的吸收；能有效地维持肠道菌群的平衡和瘤胃pH值的稳定。细菌对黄霉素不易产生耐药性，黄霉素也不易与其他抗生素产生交叉耐药性，黄霉素抗菌谱较窄，主要对革兰氏阳性菌有效，且对其他抗生素耐药的革兰氏阳性菌也有效，但对革兰氏阴性菌作用很弱。2、药动学 黄霉素经口投药后几乎不被消化道吸收，24h后几乎全部由粪便排出。肉鸡以推荐剂量的350倍、产蛋鸡以推荐剂量的25倍、猪和肉牛以推荐剂量的16倍混饲，屠宰后在血、肌肉、肝脏、肾脏、皮肤、脂肪和蛋中均未检出黄霉素残留，牛每日以45mg剂量连续投服370天后，在牛奶中未检出残留。3、毒理学黄霉素毒性极低，雄性小鼠的LD50：内服大于10g/kg，腹腔注射为1520mg/kg。4、药物相互作用 黄霉素与其他抗生素不产生拮抗作用，可与磺胺药、泰妙菌素、红霉素、林可霉素和离子载体抗球虫药配伍使用。
