钌红用途

Ruthenium red (Ammoniated ruthenium oxychloride) 是一种聚阳离子染料,广泛用于电子显微镜 (EM) 下细胞、组织和营养细菌的观察。Ruthenium red 能与磷脂和脂肪酸反应强烈,并与酸性粘多糖结合。Ruthenium red 还是一种 L 型钙电流 (ICa) 阻断剂。

[体外研究]

细胞内细胞器和结构的钌红染色似乎取决于暴露于该试剂的时间以及所用浓度[2]。钌红能剂量依赖性地阻断豚鼠心室肌细胞的L型钙电流,EC50为0.8μM[2]。钌红(10μM) 阻断豚鼠离体心室肌细胞肌浆Ca释放通道或线粒体Ca摄取,阻断26.7%的钠电流,延缓其失活时间进程[2]。
