[体外研究]

通过对照,有机阴离子转运蛋白1(OAT1),OAT2,OAT3和OAT4过量表达293H细胞摄取羟基肉桂酸。在293H对照细胞中,二氢阿魏酸显着摄取。在表达OAT1的细胞中,二氢阿魏酸的摄取也增加了约2倍[3]。

[体内研究]

评估与WG对照饮食(低RS-WG,6.9%RS)相比,使用富含抗性淀粉的全谷物饮食(HI-RS-WG,25%RS)进行11周干预对20只Zucker糖尿病脂肪大鼠血清多酚谱的影响(PPs)。在属于两个干预组的大鼠的血清样品中鉴定和定量五种PP。HI-RS-WG大鼠的总PPs血清浓度比低RS-WG大鼠高2.6倍。基于主成分分析的探索性数据减少方法分别确定了与肠道微生物群发酵和食物摄入相关的两个主要成分。结果表明,HI-RS-WG大鼠中马尿酸和二氢阿魏酸的丰度可以通过这些大鼠肠道微生物群发酵强于低RS-WG大鼠来解释[4]。
