[体内研究]

二氯双氧肟(肌内注射;10mg/kg;60min后)给药沙林后LD50为57.7mg/kg,并评价其降低沙林急性毒性的作用[1]。动物模型:NMRI雄性小鼠剂量:10mg/kg给药:肌内注射结果:沙林抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)有效。
