[体外研究]

磺达肝素钠是第一种选择性靶向Xa因子的新型抗凝血剂。对于磺达肝素,其活化单核细胞(ac-M)的IC50值(抗-Xa IU/ml)为0.59±0.05,单核细胞衍生的微粒(MMP)为0.17±0.03 [2]。

[体内研究]

磺达肝素钠具有线性,剂量依赖性药代动力学特征,其提供高度可预测的响应。磺达肝素钠具有100％生物利用度,起效迅速,半衰期为14至16小时,可在24小时内持续抗血栓形成。该药物不影响凝血酶原时间或活化部分促凝血酶原激酶时间,也不影响血小板功能或聚集[1]。
