2-氨基蒽醌制备
由蒽醌-2-磺酸铵盐氨化制得,工艺过程如下:将蒽醌-2-磺酸铵盐240kg、间硝基苯磺酸钠(防染盐S)70kg及25%氨水(含氨100%174kg)打浆,压入高压釜。加热至184-188℃,压力为3.73-3.92MPa(表压),保温压反应10h,反应毕,边冷却,边放氨。冷至80℃,将物料压入脱氨锅在80℃脱氨2h。升温至100℃,吸滤,用100℃热水3000L洗涤。将滤饼烘干,得2-氨基蒽醌。收率70%。(2)2-氯蒽醌和氨水在催化剂硫酸铜的悬浮物中经高温压反应,制得2-氨基蒽醌。先将2-氯蒽醌、硫酸铜、氨水打浆,充分混合压入氨化高压锅中,升温至213-215℃,于5.1-5.39MPa压力下反应5h,放压回收余氨。将反应产物压入过滤器,经过滤、水洗、干燥而得成品。产品规格:外观为红棕色粉末的工业品含量(以总氨值计)86.0%。
