用途

顺式-α-(羧基环丙基)甘氨酸(L-CCG III)是一种有效的竞争性谷氨酸摄取抑制剂。顺式-α-(羧基环丙基)甘氨酸是谷氨酸转运体(GluT)的底物(EAAT 1和EAAT 2的EC50分别为13μM和2μM)。顺式-α-(羧基环丙基)甘氨酸抑制神经胶质细胞质膜囊泡(GPV)和突触体中的钠依赖性高亲和力L-谷氨酸摄取[1][2]。
