二丙酮醇制备

1.由丙酮在碱性条件下经缩合而得。每吨产品消耗丙酮1250kg。将丙酮于10-20℃下在一段或多段催化剂床层中进行缩合反应。一段催化剂需保持较低的进口温度;多段催化剂床中间因设有内冷却器,进口温度可适当提高,应有足够的停留时间。催化剂为碱性物质,实验室中使用氢氧化钡,工业生产中采用氢氧化钙、氢氧化钠或阴离子交换树脂。反应转化率一般在50%以下,反应产物是丙酮、二丙酮醇和微量催化剂的混合物。产物先用弱有机酸中和至PH值4-5,然后减压精馏,在塔顶回收丙酮供循环使用,塔底为二丙酮醇,可直接作为成品。如再经减压精馏可获得较纯的产品。对于小批量生产时,可将三个或四个装有氢氧化钡的反应柱安装在50L的搪玻璃反应釜上,在反应柱顶部有回流冷凝器。将32L工业丙酮及沸石加入锅中,进行回流约100-120h即得粗品。粗品回收丙酮后,分馏回收84℃(1.333KPa)的馏分即为成品。也可采用连续反应装置,以丙酮为原料非均相催化合成DA的新方法,具体工艺如下:在反应器中装入一定量的催化剂强碱性阴离子交换树脂,从加料管将丙酮注入反应系统,充满反应器后溢流至蒸馏釜,釜液位以1/2为宜。控制不同的反应床温度和蒸馏温度,在反应系统平衡后,按一定速率连续出料和进料。末反应的丙酮不断地从蒸馏釜内蒸出,经冷凝后进入反应器与新进料的丙酮一起重新反应。这样,反应床能控制最佳反应温度之外,还始终保持较高的反应物浓度。产品经蒸馏釜富集后经出料管排出系统。工艺条件为:反应床温度50-55℃,进料速度0.50L/h,蒸馏釜沸腾温度65-75℃。釜液中含DA为25%-60%。

精制方法:用无水硫酸钙干燥后,于2.6664kPa压力下减压分馏。
