【用途一】
是一种新型食品及饲料防霉防腐剂、酸味剂和改良剂，在工业领域用作螯合剂、匀化剂和媒化剂等
【用途二】
用作防腐剂，我国规定可用于谷物和即食豆制食品，最大使用量为1g/kg。还可作为饲料添加剂螯合剂。
【用途三】
作防腐剂，我国规定可用于谷物和即食豆制食品，最大使用量为lg/kg。还可作为饲料添加剂和螯合剂。
【用途四】
防腐剂；防霉剂；酸度调节剂：螯合剂。
【用途五】
双乙酸钠是一种多功能的食用化学品。主要用作食品和饲料工业的防腐剂、防霉剂、螯合剂、调味剂、PH调节剂、肉制品的保存剂，也是复合型防霉剂的主要配料。
