EC50: 79 nM (GPR35)[1]

[体外研究]

帕莫酸激活GPR35可增加ERK1/2的磷酸化,ERK1/2通过抑制NF-κB依赖性炎症基因启动抗炎信号【1】。

[体内研究]

在中风小鼠模型中,Pamoic酸(s.c.；50-100)激活GPR35 mg/kg)具有神经保护作用。GPR35的药理学抑制显示帕莫酸以GPR35依赖的方式减少梗死面积。帕莫酸治疗导致缺血脑内非炎症性Ly-6CLo单核细胞/巨噬细胞优先增加,同时中性粒细胞计数减少[1]。
