1、硫酸催化合成 由苯酐与过量甲醇进行常压酯化而得。过量甲醇回流带水,将600kg苯酐、450g甲醇、1050mL的浓硫酸依次投入反应锅,加热回流24h,酯化温度为甲醇回流温度。反应结束后,回收甲醇,然后用碳酸钠中和,用水洗涤,再经蒸馏即得成品。原料消耗为:苯酐750kg/t,甲醇445kg/。酯化反应式如
2、树脂催化酯化合成 D72型阳离子交换树脂使用前先用约5倍体积的盐酸水溶液[狑(HCl)=6%~7%]浸约24h,再用去离子水冲洗树脂至pH值与所用去离子水pH值相同,然后在80℃条件下烘干。将苯酐和甲醇[狀(苯酐)∶狀(甲醇)=1∶3]、质量分数为4%的树脂置于装有搅拌器、温度计、冷凝器、分液漏斗的四口烧瓶中搅拌,加热至110℃,反应6h时间后取样测酸值,符合要求后,停止加入甲醇,继续加热15min,冷却后滤出液体。用狑(NaOH)=3%~4%水溶液中和至pH值7~8,静置分层,减压蒸馏,收集相应温度下的馏分,即得产品。
