叔丁基过氧化氢合成路线

叔丁基过氧化氢上下游产品

叔丁基过氧化氢制备

1.叔丁醇与硫酸反应生成硫酸氢叔丁酯,再与过氧化氢反应而得。将叔丁醇加入反应锅,搅拌下于35℃加入过氧化氢,然后升温至50℃,滴加70%硫酸,加完后反应5h,温度保持在55-60℃,静置分层,取上部油层用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得叔丁基过氧化氢。

2.制法:

于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中,加入叔丁醇(2)74g(1.0mol),冰浴冷却,加入140g70%的硫酸(1.0mol),于5℃反应生成硫酸单叔丁酯。而后0~5℃滴加27%的过氧化氢126g(1.0mol),约30min加完。加完后室温放置过夜。分出有机层,用碳酸镁和10mL水组成的悬浊液中和,20mL水洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,得产品70.5g,其中含66%的叔丁基氢过氧化物(1),34%的过氧化二叔丁基,活性氧含量11.74%。用填充柱进行减压分馏,收集12~13℃/2.66kPa的馏分为过氧化二叔丁基,4.5~5℃/266Pa的馏分为化合物(1),绝对不要常压蒸馏。
