【用途一】
五氯酚钠用作非选择性接触型除草剂、收获前的脱叶剂、木材防腐剂,还可用于杀灭血吸虫的中间宿主钉螺,防治血吸虫病。作为除草剂,主要除以种子繁殖的杂草,是一种杀伤范围很广的除草剂,主要用于水稻田。用于杀灭钉螺,在25℃时,10ppm的花液能使96.7%的钉螺死亡,半致死浓度为2ppm。

五氯酚钠上下游产品

五氯酚钠制备

1.由六氯苯水解制得。

2.在三氯苯中通氯气进行氯化,得六氯苯,再和一定浓度的烧碱溶液加热升温,在一定的温度和压力下进行水解,反应产物经冷却、结晶、过滤和干燥即可。

3.利用六六六无效体为原料,经高压水解制得五氯酚钠。先配制浓度为160g/L的氢氧化钠溶液,按六氯苯与氢氧化钠摩尔比为1:(2.5~2.6),将六氯苯加入碱液中,搅拌均匀后送入水解釜。搅拌升温至压力达到2MPa时,停止加热,利用反应热使压力升至2.55MPa,相应的温度为230℃,保持近20min,水解即完成。卸压出料,冷却结晶,即得产品。
