用作染料中间体和农用拌种剂。四氯苯醌在室温用二氧化硫还原可得四氯氢醌,是农药和高分子化合物的中间体。在医药工业中,用于抗恶性肿瘤药亚胺醌、抗醛固酮药安体舒通的生产。

四氯对醌上下游产品

四氯对醌制备

1.由五氯酚经氧化而得。将20%的五氯酚钠溶液加入反应釜内,用等摩尔的35%盐酸酸化,搅拌成糊状。然后按五氯酚钠重量的6%投入无水三氯化铁,升温至70℃以上,开始通氯,保持反应温度95℃以上,至反应油状物完全澄明无颗粒为终点。分去水层,取消同状物加98%浓硫酸酸化,即得四氯苯醌。

2.将苯酚加到王水中,搅拌10min后升温,反应物则由黑色油状经暗红达红色片状结晶,约20~24h ,冷却,滤出结晶,用酒精反复浸泡,滤干至片状结晶成金黄色,干燥后即为成品。
