胰蛋白酶-IN-3(30分钟)对Li-TryS显示非竞争性抑制行为,IC50值为2μM-5.6μM(由不同底物决定)[1]。胰硫蛋白合成酶-IN-3(24小时)抑制EC50值为43.7μM的婴儿无菌无鞭毛虫的增殖[1]。
