碲粉制备

1.湿法将:铜电解过程所得含碲阳极泥焙烧物用碱处理,制成粗亚碲酸碱溶液(pH>10.8),加入硫化碱,使铅、铜、银、铁等变成硫化物而沉淀分离。滤液用盐酸中和则沉淀出二氧化碲。过滤。把二氧化碲溶于6 mol/L盐酸中(碲的浓度为200 g/L)并加热至90℃,在每升溶液中加入13 g盐酸羟胺,将杂质硒沉淀过滤分离除去,将用水和稀硫酸洗涤过的二氧化硫气体通入上述滤液中,使碲沉淀,经过滤、水洗、干燥得到碲,再经多硫化钠抽提法提纯,制得碲成品。以碲粉为原料,用多硫化钠抽提精制而得,制得高纯碲纯度为99.999%。

碲的提纯方法:将工业碲在玛瑙研缽中粉碎并研成粉末,装入一石英舟中,将石英舟送入一根石英管的前部。向石英管中通入氢气,并加热石英舟,使其慢慢达到红热,这时碲发生熔化。温度继续升高,即产生黄绿色的碲蒸气,蒸气在氢气的携带下向石英管的尾部方向流动,并在温度较低的位置凝聚成固体。当约90%的碲蒸发后,停止加热,继续通入氢气使系统在氢气流中冷却下来。将产物从石英管壁刮下来即得到初步提纯的碲,原料中难挥发的杂质留在残渣中。把经初步提纯的碲溶于含有少量浓硝酸的浓盐酸中,加热较长时间使过量的硝酸分解除去。加水稀释至刚好不致发生水解,过滤除去不溶性杂质。向滤液中加入水合肼溶液,即可析出粉末状的碲。将溶液倾出后,先用水洗涤,然后用乙醇洗涤,抽干后置于装有浓硫酸的干燥器中干燥。将制得的粉末状碲在温度不超过70℃的条件下溶于浓度为40%的硝酸中,温度过高会有相当多的TeO2沉淀出来。浓缩所得的溶液,即可析出碱式硝酸盐Te2O3(OH)NO3的结晶,将此结晶在相同浓度的硝酸中重结晶一次,干燥后将其置于瓷坩埚中,放入电炉中灼烧成TeO2。将此TeO2溶于25%的盐酸中,加入水合肼溶液还原,沉淀出粉末状的碲,按上法进行洗涤和干燥。这种碲粉很容易氧化生成TeO2,为防止氧化,可将其装入石英舟中,在纯氢气流中熔融,在保持液体状态下,继续通氢气使其表面变得完全光亮为止。若对图ⅩⅥ7制备H2Te装置Ⅰ产品的纯度要求很高,则可在高真空及尽可能低的温度下将其从石英舟中蒸馏到一个一端封闭的石英管中。
