二氧化碲用途
用作电子元件材料及防腐剂,还用于菌苗中的细菌检验
【用途二】
制备亚碲酸盐。发射光谱分析。电子元件材料。防腐剂。二氧化碲是碲的氧化物,由碲在空气中燃烧或被热硝酸氧化而成。碲和它的化合物是电子工业中半导体的材料。另外,还可以作电镀液中的光亮剂、石油裂化的催化剂、陶瓷和玻璃的着色剂。它添加到钢材中能增加延性。添加到铅中以增加强度和耐腐蚀性,它还是橡胶的硫化剂。还是制造光敏电阻、光电池的材料。
