1.用作中长纤维织物的2D树脂整理催化剂；还可用作化学分析试剂，电化学抗氧剂，非铁金属的净化，助溶剂等 2.在纺织印染工业中用作树脂整理催化剂。可用作氧化抑制剂。用于非铁金属的精炼助熔剂、涂料、氟化剂以及用作化学试剂等 3. 氟硼酸钠用于低铬酸镀铬电解液中。

氟硼酸钠制备

1.氟硼酸碳酸钠法先在反应釜中由硼酸和氢氟酸反应制得氟硼酸，然后送入中和罐，在搅拌和冷却下，缓缓加入碳酸钠，控制反应温度不超过35 ℃。注意掌握加料速度，防止料液因气体逸出量过大而泛溢罐外。中和到料液达ｐH 3～4后，再反应0.5 h。然后经蒸浓、冷却结晶、离心分离、洗涤、干燥后，制得氟硼酸钠产品。其反应方程式如下：

2.制取氟硼酸钠有多种方法。三氟化硼和氟化钠直接化合；氟硼酸和氟化钠作用；氟化钠与硼酸和氢氟酸反应；硼酸、盐酸和氟化钠反应；氟硼酸和氢氧化钠或碳酸钠反应等。用硼酸和氢氟酸先制取氟硼酸，再加碳酸钠中和而得。在氟化釜中，让氢氟酸和硼酸在40℃下反应2h制得的氟硼酸进入中和罐，在搅拌和冷却下缓慢加入纯碱，控制反应温度不超过35℃。在反应过程中，放出大量的二氧化碳气体，注意掌握加料速度，中和到规定的酸度后，再反应0.5h，中和液经蒸发浓缩，在25～30℃下进行结晶分离，洗涤、干燥便得产品。
