丙烯酸乙酯是制备氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂丙硫克百威的中间体,它还可用作防护涂料、胶黏剂和纸张浸渍剂的原料,其聚合物能作皮革的防裂剂,与乙烯的共聚物是一种热熔性胶黏剂,与5%氯乙基乙烯基醚的共聚物是一种耐油、耐热性能良好的合成橡胶,在某些情况下可代替丁腈橡胶。
【用途五】
高分子合成材料单体。并用于制造涂料、粘合剂、皮革加工处理剂、纺织助剂、油漆添加剂等。与乙烯的共聚物是一种热熔性粘合剂;与5%氯乙基乙烯基醚的共聚物是一种耐油、耐热性能良好的合成橡胶,某些情况下可代替丁腈橡胶。

1.丙烯酸酯类有六种生产方法:乙烯氰醇法;高压雷珀(Reppe)法;改良的雷珀法;β-丙内酯法(Goodrich法);丙烯腈和醇的水解法;丙烯氧化法。现在工来生产方法是其中的丙烯腈法、β-丙内酯法,以乙炔为原料的雷珀法以及丙烯氧化法。其中丙烯氧化法是目前采用最多的方法。1.丙烯腈法 该法实际上是早期氰乙醇法的发展,第一步是将丙烯腈与硫酸一起加热水解生成丙烯酰胺硫酸盐,第二步与醇酯化,生成相应的丙烯酸酯,副产硫酸氢铵。2.β-丙内酯法 乙烯酮与无水甲醛在三氯化铝存在下,在25℃进行气相反应成β-丙内酯,可不经提纯,直接与醇和硫酸反应,生成相应的丙烯酸酯。此法产品纯度高,副产物和末反应的物料能循环使用,收率较高,反应条件简单,适于连续生产,但原料成本较高。3.以乙炔为原料的雷珀法 第二次世界大战期间,雷珀发现有两种方法能使乙炔、一氧化碳与水或醇反应,生成丙烯酸或丙烯酸酯。一种称为化学计量法,另一种称为催化法。这两种方法由于羰基镍的毒性,镍的消耗和高温下乙炔的危险性等因素,工业化存在很大因难。4.丙烯直接氧化法 丙烯首先氧化为丙烯醛,然后进一步氧化为丙烯酸。由丙烯酸生产丙烯酸酯是以丙烯酸与相应的醇在离子交换树脂催化剂存在下,在沸点温度下连续进行酯化反应制得。

2.由3-羟基丙腈和乙醇在稀硫酸溶液中反应而得。

3.由乙烯、一氧化碳和乙醇在镍或钴的催化下反应而得。

4.在盐酸和Ni(CO)4存在下,由烯丙酸和乙炔在乙醇溶液中共热酯化而得。

5.由3-氯丙酸乙酯在高温下通过活性炭而得。

6.丙烯酸乙酯有6种生产方法:乙烯氰醇法、高压雷珀法、改良的雷珀法、β-丙内酯法、丙烯腈和醇的水解法、丙烯氧化法。现在工业生产方法是其中的丙烯腈法、β-丙内酯法、以乙炔为原料的雷珀法以及丙烯氧化法,其中丙烯氧化法是目前采用最多的方法。
