新霉素B制备
以链霉菌做菌种,经培养发酵得到发酵液,加过强酸型阳离子交换树脂之后,用氨水洗脱,然后将洗脱液经薄膜浓缩,硫酸中后经喷雾干燥制的。新霉素为多组分氨基抗生素。主要组分为新霉素B和C,含微量新霉素A。
