新霉素B制备
以链霉菌做菌种，经培养发酵得到发酵液，加过强酸型阳离子交换树脂之后，用氨水洗脱，然后将洗脱液经薄膜浓缩，硫酸中后经喷雾干燥制的。新霉素为多组分氨基抗生素。主要组分为新霉素B和C，含微量新霉素A。
