碳酸氢钠制备
1.气液相法将纯碱溶解过滤除去杂质后,浓度保持在23~24°Bé。石灰窑发生的二氧化碳浓度保持在20%~25%,经洗涤净化处理,与热碱液进行碳化,塔压保持在0.2~0.25 Mpa,待物料浓度达13°Bé时,反应终了。经冷却、结晶、过滤得小苏打结晶,再经气流干燥即得碳酸氢钠成品。其反应方程式如下:
2.气固相法 将碳酸钠置于反应床 ( 反应池)上,并用水拌好,由下部吹入二氧化碳,一次反应碳化后,经初碎,进行二次碳化反应,再经干燥、粉碎,制得碳酸氢钠成品。其反应方程式如下:
3.废碱液回收法在纯碱生产过程中,纯碱煅烧炉产生的炉气,经旋风分离后,仍含有较多的碱粉。将此炉气用热碱回收,使碱粉溶解在碱液内,在循环溶解过程中,部分碱液送往蒸氨塔,蒸出热碱液中氨,使碱液进一步浓缩,作为生产小苏打的碱液原料,蒸氨塔顶出来的氨、二氧化碳和水混合气,进入原来炉气冷却塔。小苏打生产中分离脱水后的母液,用于热碱液循环,以溶解回收炉气中碱粉,构成生产过程循环。
废碱液回收后,经碳化、离心分离、干燥,制得碳酸氢钠成品。其反应方程式如下:
4.天然碱加工法以天然碱为原料,由于杂质含量较高,因而碱液配制时,需严格控制化碱温度、浓度及母液循环次数,母液中总盐量应大于240 g/L。化碱后碱液浓度碳酸钠>150 g/L、氯化钠<50 g/L、硫酸钠<90 g/L,所得碱液经过滤除渣,然后与二氧化碳碳化生成碳酸氢钠结晶,经洗涤脱水,洗液可返回化碱或排放,结晶经干燥,制得碳酸氢钠成品。其反应方程式如下:
