[体外研究]

PBS中的NOC-5(5-20μM)导致NO释放在第一天迅速增加[1]。NOC-5(100μM,24h)仅激活caspase-3；未经供体治疗后,caspase-3活性增加：1.62(1.57-1.66)(P<0.05)。NOC-5在Jurkat细胞中具有促凋亡作用,但同时增加了抗凋亡蛋白的水平[2]。
