2-巯基苯并噻唑制备
1. 该品有许多生产方法,但主要是分别以苯胺、邻硝基氯苯和二苯硫脲为原料的3种方法。1.以苯胺为原料 通常是将苯胺、二硫化碳和硫磺在高压釜中直接反应,也可用脂肪胺、二甲基甲酰胺、三噻唑烷和多取甲醛等代替二硫化碳,使苯胺和硫磺的压力下反应。用苯胺为原料的方法,其反应压力都较高,一般在4MPa以上,有高达15MPa,因此也称高压法。
2. 以邻硝基氯苯为原料 邻硝基氯苯与还原剂硫氢化钠、多硫化钠或硫化氢反应都可还原成邻氨基硫酚。进一步与二硫化碳反应而制得促进剂M。这类方法有的反应时间较长(硫氢化钠约需20h),但都可在常压或较低压力下进行,又称常压法。
3. 以二苯硫脲为原料 此法的反应压力介于前述两种方法之间,在4MPa以下,一般称中压法。见水处理剂 03301。
4. 其制备方法是以邻氯硝基苯、多硫化钠、二硫化碳为原料,在110~130℃温度、343kPa压力下反应生成2-巯基苯并噻唑钠盐,再用硫酸进行酸化、水洗得产品。
5. 工业上大多采用邻硝基氯苯法、苯胺法、硝基苯和苯胺混合法三种方法生产。苯胺法合成M是我国各助剂厂普遍采用的方法。在合成釜中投入一定比例的苯胺、CS2和硫黄,在搅拌下升温,在温度240~260℃、压力9.0~10.0MPa下保温反应3h。反应结束后于一定pH值条件下碱溶,除去不溶物,溶液经酸化、脱水和干燥后得到产品促进剂M。也可以采用苯胺为主要原料,先与二硫化碳生成犖取代含硫化合物,再在浓硫酸和溴化钠存在下合环反应得产物,反应均在常温常压下进行,产率达90%。合成反应式如下
6. 常压法 将硫化钠、硫磺制成多硫化钠,然后将多硫化钠、邻硝基氯苯、二硫化碳在100~130℃和低于0.34MPa压力下,缩合成2-巯基苯并噻唑的钠盐。经25%~30%的硫酸进行一次酸化 (ph值2~3) 、水洗 (80℃) 、氢氧化钠碱溶 (ph值11.5~12) 、过滤、硫酸二次酸化 ( 温度60~65℃,ph值4~5) 、中和、水洗、干燥、粉碎,即为成品。
