[体外研究]

一种膜透性竞争性cAMP拮抗剂(Rp-cAMP),通过与调节亚单位结合而不分离激酶全酶来阻断PKA的激活,也抑制突触可塑性,但对正常的突触传递没有影响[1]。

[体内研究]

Rp-cAMPS(10μM,15m in)可降低关节炎大鼠脑片中PB-CeLC和BLA-CeLC突触诱发的单突触EPSCs,而对正常动物的对照神经元则无影响。Rp-cAMPS的抑制作用与在同一神经元中获得的前药(ACSF)控制值相比是显著的[1]。
