ω-AgatoxinTK,Agelenopsis aperta 毒液中的肽基毒素,是一种有效的选择性 P/Q 型 Ca2+ 通道阻滞剂。ω-Agatoxin TK 抑制高 K+ 去极化诱导的大脑孤立神经末梢内部 Ca2+ 的升高,IC50 为 60 nM。ω-Agatoxin TK 对 L 型,N 型或 T 型钙通道没有影响。
