[体外研究]

UC-781(0.05、0.2和 0.5%UC-781补充凝胶；10天) 从凝胶制剂中释放出来,并清除 CEM公司感染细胞中的人类免疫缺陷病毒 (艾滋病毒)-1[1]UC-781(3.75-30μM)抑制蜡样芽孢杆菌的生长 (大约 50 %)[1]。美国加州大学781抑制 CEM T公司细胞中的 HIV-1(ⅢB)(EC50=6nM；IC50=23nM)美国加州大学781抑制单核细胞来源的树突状细胞 (MO-DC)和自体 CD4+T细胞细胞,第50周值分别为 550纳米和 1588 nM[2]UC-781(1000 nM；24小时)有效地防止或阻止了单核细胞来源的树突状细胞和自体 CD4+T细胞细胞感染艾滋病毒[2]UC-781(0.001-1000µM；2小时)抑制病毒 (病毒)转移和宫颈外植体感染 HIV-1BaL[4]

[体内研究]

UC-781(100µl 5%UC-781补充凝胶；阴道内；一天一次持续 10天) 从凝胶制剂中释放出来,对正常组织显示低毒性[1]。动物模型：雌性兔子(约1200 g；10周龄)[1]。剂量：100µl 5%UC-781补充凝胶。给药：阴道内；每天一次,持续10天。结果：从凝胶制剂中释放,组织学正常,兔体内炎性细胞无明显增加。
