[体外研究]

替诺福韦二磷酸作为DNA pol的抑制剂。替诺福韦二磷酸是DNA聚合酶(pol)α、δ和ɛ的弱抑制剂,PMPApp(PMPAppKi)的Ki值相对于dATPKm(dATPKm)的Km值分别为10.2、10.2和15.6[1]。
